Ondina Guesthouse is a family-run seaside retreat nestled in the quiet village of São Lourenço, part of the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve. We combine comfortable accommodation, a wellbeing kitchen, surf & yoga experiences, and genuine Portuguese hospitality for a stay where you can rest, reconnect and ride the rhythm of ocean life.
2. Who can stay or join the retreats?
We welcome travellers of all levels — whether you’re a beginner in yoga or surfing, or you come with more experience. The focus is on a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and supported.
3. Where are you located, and how close to the beach / Ericeira?
We are located in São Lourenço — a peaceful coastal spot within a short walk (~10 minutes) to the beach, and about a 10-minute drive to Ericeira town. The location offers the tranquillity of the coast, yet easy access to the surf town and the waves of the reserve.
4. What types of accommodation do you offer?
Our house offers six bright rooms (3 double rooms, 1 triple, 1 twin, 1 shared room for six) plus two apartments for families or small groups (with living area and kitchenette). All rooms have private bathroom access, terraces or shared terraces overlooking the ocean, created to let you slow down and enjoy simple seaside comfort.

Yes — we partner with experienced and certified surf instructors who know the local waves and conditions, and we offer yoga in our on-site shala perched above the cliffs, overlooking the ocean. Whether you’re just beginning or want to progress, we provide the structure, equipment and guidance.
Surf lessons: small groups, choice of beach based on conditions and level.
Yoga sessions: various styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative), suitable for all levels.

Yoga by the sea is always available and shining at any season, though morning/ evening breeze may be cooler.
