2. Cancelation Policy and Payment

For Private Retreats:
To confirm a booking, we require a 40% deposit of the total reservation value. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
– If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full.
– If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your retreat (subject to availability)
– If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
For Packages:
To confirm a booking we require a 30% deposit of the total reservation value. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
– If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full.
– If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your package. (subject to availability).
– If you cancel within 15 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
This policy ensures fairness and allows us to manage room availability for all guests.

3. Digital Products

We offer e-books and other digital products for sale through this website.
All digital purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Digital products are non-returnable once delivered, except where otherwise required by law.

4. Complaint Book (“Livro de Reclamações”)

In compliance with Decree-Law no. 156/2005, Ondina Guest House provides a physical and electronic Complaint Book.
Complaints can be submitted via www.livroreclamacoes.pt or by requesting the physical version at the property.
We will respond to complaints within 15 working days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, photographs, and other materials, belongs to Ondina Guest House or its licensors.
Copying, modifying, or reproducing content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Liability

Ondina Guest House shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided.
We make every effort to ensure information accuracy but do not guarantee that the content is always up-to-date or error-free.
